Tosin Olaniyi  is a Learning and Development Professional, Soft Skills Expert, Career Coach, and Business Strategist who helps individuals and organisations translate skills into measurable performance and growth. She is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of SEAS World Learning Limited, a training, advisory, and coaching firm headquartered in Nigeria, delivering strategy-driven workforce development, employability, and soft skills solutions that build capability and drive sustainable success.

Through SEAS, Tosin leads initiatives spanning strategy, employability, workforce development, and soft skills, equipping professionals to secure meaningful opportunities, navigate career transitions, and lead with confidence, while supporting startups and organisations to align talent, culture, and systems for long-term growth. Her client engagements include Fabritent Engineering Limited, NNPC, CWAY, Access Bank, EngeePet, and Ascentech Services, among others.

She also serves as a Business Consultant with Peculiar Innovative Consult and a Business Operations Consultant with Ilanaa Software Limited, providing strategic and operational guidance across sectors. Her consulting experience spans career coaching, L&D design, and workforce programme delivery, including a cross-border trade facilitation and consulting project under the Western Cape Department of Agriculture (South Africa–Nigeria), and engagements across construction, compliance, and organisational development. a data-backed career technology platform connecting professionals, coaches, employers, and learning providers for global professional excellence at scale.

A certified Argidius SCALE Practitioner, Tosin brings a rare combination of coaching depth, business strategy, and L&D expertise to every engagement. Her professional credentials include the Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Associate Professional Mentor and Coach (APMC), Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), alongside certifications in Sales, Project Management, and Data Analytics (SQL & Power BI). She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kwara State University and is currently an MBA candidate at MIVA Open University.

Her impact has earned notable recognition, including the JCI Continental Lagos Presidential Recognition: Early Impact Award in Training (2025) and selection as a Recognised Mentor at the RISE 2026 Mentorship and Leadership Experience. Beyond her professional work, Tosin serves as Technical Training Mentor and Director of Discipleship with The Flourish Rapidly Fellowship, Missouri, USA, and as President of Remnant Zion’s Daughter, a discipleship, mentorship, and intercessory ministry dedicated to raising spiritually grounded, purpose-driven women through leadership development, faith formation, and community.
