She also serves as a Business Consultant with Peculiar Innovative Consult and a Business Operations Consultant with Ilanaa Software Limited, providing strategic and operational guidance across sectors. Her consulting experience spans career coaching, L&D design, and workforce programme delivery, including a cross-border trade facilitation and consulting project under the Western Cape Department of Agriculture (South Africa–Nigeria), and engagements across construction, compliance, and organisational development. a data-backed career technology platform connecting professionals, coaches, employers, and learning providers for global professional excellence at scale.
A certified Argidius SCALE Practitioner, Tosin brings a rare combination of coaching depth, business strategy, and L&D expertise to every engagement. Her professional credentials include the Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Associate Professional Mentor and Coach (APMC), Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), alongside certifications in Sales, Project Management, and Data Analytics (SQL & Power BI). She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kwara State University and is currently an MBA candidate at MIVA Open University.
Her impact has earned notable recognition, including the JCI Continental Lagos Presidential Recognition: Early Impact Award in Training (2025) and selection as a Recognised Mentor at the RISE 2026 Mentorship and Leadership Experience.
