Tosin Olaniyi  is the Founder of SEAS World Learning Limited and a Human Capital and Business Operations Strategist focused on helping organizations build the people, structures, systems, and capabilities required for sustainable performance and growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of human capital, organizational design, business operations, and strategic advisory. She works with organizations to strengthen how people, roles, processes, and systems come together to support effective execution. Her work addresses common organizational challenges such as founder dependence, unclear responsibilities, operational gaps, weak processes, and inconsistent performance.

Through SEAS, Tosin has led and contributed to organizational design, business operations, workforce development, training, and advisory engagements across different sectors. Her organizational transformation work includes engagements with Fabritent Engineering Limited and QS PayAsYouGo International Limited, where she has worked on organizational structures, governance systems, role frameworks, standard operating procedures, management controls, performance systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows.

Her broader consulting and workforce development portfolio includes NNPC, Access Bank, CWAY, Ascentech Services, EngeePet, and the Western Cape Department of Agriculture through a South Africa-Nigeria trade facilitation initiative. She also contributes her expertise as a Business Consultant to Peculiar Innovative Consult and as a Business Operations Consultant to Ilanaa Software Limited.

Tosin has extensive experience in developing people and building enterprise capability. She has mentored 30+ entrepreneurs in business structuring through initiatives including the Tony Elumelu Foundation and the Fearless Female Founders Programme by Zuri Circle Network, in partnership with Union Bank. She has also coached and mentored 500+ graduates and professionals through organisations and programmes including Tech4Dev, Africa Agility, SDC Africa, Global Mentorship Initiative, The Flourish Rapidly Company, Kwara State University, and the University of Port Harcourt.

She is an Argidius SCALE Practitioner and holds credentials as a Certified Professional Career Coach, Certified Learning and Development Professional, and Professional Mentor and Coach. She has also completed professional training in Project Management and Data Analytics. She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kwara State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Miva Open University.

Tosin is also developing SEAS Propela, an AI-powered career infrastructure platform focused on improving employability and helping individuals navigate the transition from learning to meaningful work.

Her work has earned recognition including the JCI Continental Lagos Early Impact Award in Training (2025), selection as a delegate to the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026, and the RISE 2026 Mentorship and Leadership Experience Award.

As an SDG 8 Advocate, Tosin is committed to advancing decent work, workforce readiness, inclusive enterprise development, and sustainable economic growth. Through SEAS, she is building a platform where people development and business performance are treated as connected priorities.

She is also the author of No Blind Spot and Resilience and Stress Management and has contributed to the development of practical career-learning resources.

She is also the Founder of Remnant Zion’s Daughters a Discipleship, Intercession and Mentorship Ministry.
