Tosin Olaniyi  is a Learning and Development Professional, Soft Skills Expert, Career Coach, and Business Strategist with a strong track record of helping individuals and organizations translate skills into measurable performance and growth. She is known for delivering strategy-driven learning, workforce development, and advisory solutions that strengthen capability, improve productivity, and support sustainable success.

She is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of SEAS World Learning Limited, a training, advisory, and coaching firm headquartered in Nigeria, where she leads initiatives across Strategy, Employability, Workforce Development, and Soft Skills Solutions. Through her work, she equips professionals to secure meaningful opportunities, navigate career transitions, and build confidence, while supporting startups and organizations to align talent, culture, and systems for long-term growth. She has delivered training and consulting engagements for organizations including NNPC, CWAY, Access Bank, EngeePet, and Ascentech Services, among others.

Tosin also serves as a Business Consultant with Peculiar Innovative Consult and a Business Operations Consultant with Ilanaa Software Limited, providing strategic and operational guidance to businesses across sectors. She is a passionate advocate for SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), championing workforce readiness, employability, and organizational excellence.

Her professional affiliations include the Global Skills Development Council (GSDC), Junior Chamber International (JCI), and the YALI Network. She holds multiple certifications, including Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Associate Professional Mentor and Coach (APMC), Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), and Argidius SCALE Certification for SME training.

She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kwara State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at MIVA Open University, alongside certifications in Sales, Project Management, and Data Analytics (SQL & Power BI).
