Tosin Olaniyi is a dynamic Career Consultant, Business Operations Strategist, and Consultant (ESO), who partners with organizations Globally. She works remotely with companies based in New York, Atlanta, Georgia, and Nigeria, bringing a global approach to career development, business strategy, and consulting. Tosin is also a dedicated mentor with the Tony Elumelu Foundation and recently moderated a one-month session of The She Suite Africa under the Pan-African Women Empowerment Network.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kwara State University, Nigeria. As a Certified Learning and Development Professional (Global Skills Development Council) and seasoned Career Coach, Tosin designs and delivers impactful training solutions tailored to both individuals and organizations. Her mission is to equip people with the skills and strategies they need to thrive in their careers and businesses.

As the Founder and Lead Facilitator of SEAS World Learning Limited—a Nigeria-based professional training and coaching organization focused on Sales, Effective Employee Performance, Employability, and Soft Skills—Tosin continues to make a lasting global impact. She has successfully trained and coached penultimate and final-year students, led intensive boot camps, and conducted personalized coaching sessions that have helped individuals land dream roles, build confidence, and navigate career transitions.

She has conducted training needs assessments and delivered customized corporate training for notable organizations, contributing to both employee growth and organizational performance.
