Rev. Dr. Oluwafemi Samuel Ikusagba is a Nigerian gospel minister, teacher of the Word, leadership mentor, and life coach with over two decades of experience in pastoral leadership, mentoring, and community development. He currently pastors within the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Lagos, where he is deeply committed to discipling and developing individuals across generations.

Before formally assuming pastoral responsibilities, Rev. Ikusagba actively served in various youth leadership capacities across different states and previously led the ECWA Lagos Prayer Band. Since beginning his pastoral ministry in 2000, he has served in several ECWA churches within the Lagos metropolis, where his leadership has consistently contributed to spiritual growth, organizational strengthening, and community impact.

Rev. Ikusagba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Lagos. He also earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from ECWA Theological Seminary, Igbaja, Kwara State, and a Master of Biblical Studies from the University of Chester, United Kingdom. In recognition of his contribution to ministry and leadership development, he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Theology (DTh) from the Immanuel Theology Educational Institute International, South Africa. He is also a member of the European Pentecostal Theological Association.

Beyond pastoral ministry, Rev. Ikusagba is a respected teacher, strategist, and mentor whose insights on leadership, governance, faith, and personal development are sought after in conferences, workshops, and leadership forums across Nigeria and beyond. He is also a prolific author, having written over twenty books focused on faith, character development, and purposeful living.

Rev. Ikusagba brings to the Advisory Board of SEAS World Learning Limited a wealth of experience in leadership development, mentoring, governance perspectives, and people development. His passion for building lives and shaping purpose-driven leadership continues to influence many across different sectors.

He is married to Mrs. Bolanle Ikusagba, and they are blessed with two children.
